Meaghan and Mike are busy little bees! The countdown is almost down to month and there is too much to even list to get done. They are enjoying the time that is spent finishing up all the details and doing the busy work, but both are excited for the “finish line” that the big day brings…

Hello Friends and Family! It’s so nice of you to check up on Meaghan and Mike!

Things are getting crazy as the countdown continues. Meaghan’s dress came in, we are waiting on the suits to arrive, shower planning is in full swing, invitations are being handmade and will be ready to send out very soon. There are programs to be designed, shopping to do, and an apartment to be settled! Mike moved in to their new place on Thursday–it is very cute and in a beautiful spot in Lafayette. Both bride and groom are doing well and enjoying the process of the upcoming big day… 6 weeks to go till party time! There is much news to tell you about! Meaghan and Mike just found their apartment and couldn’t be more excited! (It is so cute and seems like it fits them perfectly.) In between all the apartment hunting, they have made a couple trips to Belhurst and taste tested a few dishes, gathered ideas for wedding day photos, and got to see how the place will be set up! Meaghan is excited as she finally figured out how she will wear her hair. (It’s all about the details peoples!) Shawn is designing the invitations as we speak, M & M are going for their wedding bands this weekend and Meaghan swears she found the perfect bridesmaids gifts for her girls. (But she won’t tell me what it is…) Phew, a lot is rolling along, but everything is coming together and getting done. Kristen S. and I are working on shower plans and hope to be able to share some info on it soon. I (Gabe) have also settled on my bachelorette party ideas. (And no, you cannot know…) There’s lots to do, fun to have, and we’ve only got 10 weeks left! Woooweeee!

Hello Friends & Family,

Things are speeding along for Meaghan and Mike with the preparations well under way for the big day. You should have all gotten the save the date cards by now–that’s how you most likely got this address for the website. Congrats on checking in and looking around, we would love you to join us often! Other things that are keeping the Love Birds busy, (that’s my pet name for those two!), and things that they have finalized so far are…

• Colors have been picked.
• Centerpieces are decided on. (finally!)
• They have also registered at Macy’s, so check that out too!
• Meaghan tested some unusual dessert choices, but is still looking for another bakery to impress her. (Dessert hint: it’s cheesy and in the shape of a cake.)

Up yet on the To Do list for June

• Designing of the Invitations. (A collaboration with Shawn & Gabe Romano)
• M & M are going out to taste test the food. (yum-o!)
• They will visit the ballroom fully set up in a few weeks.
• Michael will be going to pick out tuxes.
• Meaghan is going to finalize her dress choice.
